# What's wrong with the web app, can't open

Is anyone else unable to open the Web app of Tradovate. I have been unable to connect for 10 hrs.

Someone from Tradovate please respond our NinjaTrader.

Both Chrome and Safari on Mac do not open Tradovate web app.  
Sorry to say this, I’m done with Tradovat
