# I am not able to get Symbol Data

Hi @Alexander is there any update on this issue? I’ve been trying to retrieve data from the api, but I’m having the same error

“errorText”: “Symbol is inaccessible”,  
“errorCode”: “UnknownSymbol”,

for NQZ2
