# How can I add tradovate api to postman

I’ve tried to add tradovate api to postman but keep getting access denied. I don’t think I’m authorizing it properly. Can anyone help?

Can anyone help me? I’m looking to see what the webhook url should be and what the body of the tradingview alert should be. I’m fully stuck and cannot get this to work.

Does the OpenAPI spec help? I tried poking around with Postman for the first time, and was able to import that json spec after downloading it.

The endpoints are showing up in my “Collections” for testing purposes.

Not sure about postman but I use Insomnia client for APIs. Under Environment you can set token and then use token as a variable.

thank you - worked. but now I’m trying to figure out the endpoint for tradingview and the message body
