# BID-ASK Volume chart question

In bid-ask volume chart, is the left side bid(sell) volume or the right side? I see delta is Right-Left, so delta means initiative buy-sell？  
I have this question because in recent days Copper(HGU2) price falls but the cumulative delta rises rapidly.
