# Apex Tradovate Account Issue

Hello Everyone,

I cannot place a trade on my apex account through tradovate. I think this is because I previously purchased the CME bundle without realizing that it came with the apex account. And now it wants me to renew since it is December 1. Can someone please help me fix this?
